Ingredients:
- Wagyu steak: 1 kg
- Oriental Chimichurri (½ cup fresh chopped cilantro, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tsp grated fresh ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt to taste)
- Avocado: 2 units.
- Red onion: 2 units.
- Spicy sauce (mayonnaise, siracha sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and salt to taste)
Step by step preparation:
1. Cut thin slices of Mollendo wagyu steak
2. Marinate and sear for 2 to 3 minutes on the hottest part of the grill.
3. Cut the onions in half and place them in salted water. Remove from the water and cut into thin strips. Cook the onion in hot oil until it is completely browned. Once the chips are ready, leave to cool.
4. Cut avocado slices and place on the grill.
5. Assemble, serve and decorate with oriental chimichurri and spicy sauce, directly in the iron skillet.
